1. Click Tools to open a drop down menu.

2. Click Accounts (or E-mail Accounts) to open a dialog box.

3. Click the Mail tab (for MS Outlook 2003: choose View or Change Existing E-mail accounts then click Next) .

4. Highline the e-mail account on the list then Click the Properties (or Change...) button.

6. In the General tab, enter the name you want displayed when you send an Email.

    In the E-mail address field, type your full email address.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.net or bob@yourdomainname.com

7. Same as the Reply address field.

8. Click the Servers tab.

9. In the Incoming mail (POP3 server) field, enter: mail.pcnetcom.net **

    Our customers, please replace "mail.pcnetcom.net" with your domain name

10. In the Outgoing mail (SMTPserver) field, enter: mail.pcnetcom.net **

     Our customers, please replace "mail.pcnetcom.net" with your domain name

11. In the Account Name field, enter your full email account.
      Example: bob@pcnetcom.net or bob@yourdomainname.com

12. In the Password field, enter the password for that account (case is sensitive).

13. On Outgoing Mail Server option - put the check mark on My server requires authentication.

      (for Microsoft Outlook 2003 click to More Settings... button then Outgoing Server tab)

14. Click Apply then OK to close.

15. Re-open your Outlook to take the new setting.

   Netscape Mail

1. From the menu bar click on Edit

2. Click on Preferences

3. Double click Mail & Groups to open the tree

4. Click on Identity

5. Enter your full name in the Your name: field

6. Enter your e-mail address in the Email address: field

7. Click on Mail Server

8. Enter your full email address in the Mail server user name: field.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.net or bob@yourdomainname.com

9. Enter your ISP's SMTP server or mail.pcnetcom.net ** in the Outgoing mail (SMTP server) field

10. Enter: mail.pcnetcom.net in the Incoming mail (POP3 server) field **

11. Click OK

   Eudora Mail

1. In the Eudora menu bar, click on Tools

2. Click on Options

3. In the Category section click the Getting Started icon

4. In the Login Name: field, enter the full email address.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.net or bob@yourdomainname.com

5. Click on Mail Server (Incoming) enter: mail.pcnetcom.net **

6. In the Category section, click on the Sending Mail icon

7. In the Return Address: field, enter the full email address.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.net or bob@yourdomainname.com

8. In the SMTP server: field, enter your ISP's SMTP server or mail.pcnetcom.net **

9. Click OK

   Pegasus

1. In Pegasus click on the File menu

2. Click on Network Configuration

3. In the POP3 host entry, enter:  mail.pcnetcom.net **

4. In the User name field, enter your full email address.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.net or bob@yourdomainname.com

5. In the SMTP host entry, enter your ISP's SMTP server or mail.pcnetcom.com **
